As a Project Manager at SK7 Design Studios, you will be the linchpin that holds our projects together. From inception to completion, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every project is executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You'll work closely with our designers, architects, and clients to translate ideas into actionable plans and oversee every aspect of the project's lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects from concept through completion
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions
• Ensure that all projects adhere to safety regulations and industry standards
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction and address any issues
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
• Prepare and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery
• Conduct quality control assessments throughout the project lifecycle
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors
• Track project expenses and handle financial reporting
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff and project teams
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in architecture or design
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail
• Strong client management skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
• A passion for design and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design-related software is a plus
• Familiarity with building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Experience in budget management and cost control
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage complex projects.
